TWD: Fluted Polenta and Ricotta Cake
  Another wonderful challenge with the gang over at Tuesdays with Dorie. I am so glad that I got a chance to make this cake and enjoy it before getting hit with the flu – due to that, I will keep this short and sweet. This cake is wonderful – very moist, slightly sweet, lots of wonderful aromas (Figs, Meyer Lemons, Honey) and a wonderful texture, thanks to the polenta.
