Homemade wrappers are filled with a flavorful mixture of pork, green garlic, ginger and water chestnuts and then steamed over a bed of Napa Cabbage. We could not have asked for a better weekend – blue skies and temperature in the high 80’s – it was amazing! PBFW brings together over 250 wineries and 60 celebrity chefs, for four days of unforgettable feasting. Now, this is not your ordinary food and wine event, this is the creme de la creme of the business. We truly were blessed!
