Happy New Year!  Did you have a great holiday season?  Stick to your fitness and weight loss goals?  Well, I am not proud to say that I sucked while we were away for the holidays.  I was a complete lazy slug, barely moved and ate poorly after coming off of two weeks of eating healthy in Cuba.  I felt sluggish and heavy when getting home, and not happy with myself at all.  People, it was pretty bad.  That being said I do not have much to recap for Fit at Fifty Week Eighteen and Nineteen –

Fit at Fifty Week Eighteen and Nineteen

It is a new year and I am home for awhile.  So excited to kick it up a notch or two.  As well, can you believe I only have 6 more weeks of this challenge, and I have a lot of hard work ahead of myself as I try to reach my goal of 135 pounds.  YIKES!

I did get three spin sessions in since coming home Wednesday, and it felt great.  I cannot wait to get up early every day and hit my little home gym.  As well, we got a balance ball as a gift.  Has anyone used on?  I am pretty excited to play with it.  I plan on getting yoga back on the schedule as well.

Beginning Weight:  147

End of week: my scale said 136 but I am POSITIVE I did not lose all that weight since Cuba

Successes: 

  • Not a thing

Failures:

  • Did not exercise
  • Did not do yoga
  • Ate poorly
