Let’s talk about corn, shall we, as I have at least three recipes lined up to share with you.  And who knows if I get my corn grove on, it could be more.  Corn has been strong this year – sweet, juicy and succulent.  Probably the best we had had in a long time.  We love it all;  white corn, yellow corn and even occasionally pink corn.  There is no corn discrimination going on.  There has been a lot of grilled corn happening at our house as well as during our camping trips.  We cannot get enough of it.  Now, you must get your corn grove on too, and start eating corn the right way.

Grilled Corn

Summer corn is so sweet that it can be enjoyed raw, right from the cobb, just sweet corn juice dribbling down your chin!  When grilled the smokiness of the grill brings out the flavor of sweet corn even more.  I am not sure why so many people mess it up.  They boil it or throw it into the microwave.  It doesn’t, and it should be that way folks!

Grilled Corn

Grilling corn is the way to go, and we want you to start doing this as well!  It is super easy and does not take any more time than it would by boiling or microwaving it.  Bonus, you can make this grilled corn recipe on either a gas or charcoal grill, so there is not any excuse for not cooking corn the right way!
