Grilled Corn

Grilled Corn

Sharing is caring!

Let’s talk about corn, as we have at least three recipes lined up to share with you.  Corn has been strong this year;  super sweet, juicy and succulent.  Probably the best we had had in a very long time.  We love all types of corn too.  White corn, yellow corn and occasionally pink corn.  There is no corn discrimination happening at our house.  There has been a lot of grilled corn happening during our camping trips too.  This recipe for grilled corn is super easy and a game-changer.

Grilled Corn

Summer corn is so sweet that it can be enjoyed raw, right from the cobb, just sweet corn juice dribbling down your chin!  When grilled the smokiness of the grill brings out the flavor of sweet corn even more.  I am not sure why so many people mess it up.  They boil it or throw it into the microwave.  It doesn’t, and it should be that way folks!

Grilled Corn

Grilling corn is the way to go, and we want you to start doing this as well!  It is super easy and does not take any more time than it would by boiling or microwaving it.  Bonus, you can make this grilled corn recipe on either a gas or charcoal grill, so there is not an excuse for not cooking corn the right way!
