Happy Friday!  I am so glad it is the weekend.  It is supposed to be hot and sunny, with that in mind I included some grilling for the Weekly Menu Week 10.  You will love this tri-tip recipe, and if you cannot find tri-tip use a nice rib eye steak or something similar that cooks up well on the grill.  Keeping with Cinco de Mayo in mind, I have added tacos for Tuesday and this recipe for a Caribbean style chicken taco rocks!  Hope you enjoy this week’s menu.
