Time for the weekly menu and shopping list.  After a week of heavy meat eating, we have decided to go heavy on vegetable inspired meals this week.  Since the recipes are a bit on the lighter side, we plan on adding big salads to serve alongside some of the recipes.  Maybe even a little cheese and crusty bread.  Hoping you enjoy this weeks menu planning as much as we are looking forward to eating it.
