This is the last of our easy to make at home truffle recipes for 2014.  I wanted to end on another high note by sharing a favorite stand by recipe, all truffled up.  I always have some pasta in the pantry as well as some cream, butter and parmesan in the refrigerator for impromptu meals.  You never know when guests may arrive and you want to serve them something wonderful.  Or maybe you are tired after a long day or a business trip, and your soul needs some comfort food.  Alfredo sauce is one of the recipes that makes any pasta seem elegant, and when you add white truffle cream as well as a sprinkle of fresh truffles it definitely has been taken to higher levels.  I cannot wait for one of you to win this holiday give away, and to try this recipe for Truffle Alfredo Sauce.

Truffled Alfredo Sauce

We have really been enjoying the white truffle cream, as it goes well with not only pasta and alfredo sauce but it is great mixed in with eggs, as well as mashed potatoes.  I am sure you have some great ideas as well for using the white truffle cream from Gourmeted Attitude.
