Give Away | Lava Lake Gift Card

Tis the season to give gifts … fa la la la la!  We have been giving away some of our favorite products since our blog anniversary  in May, and are excited to start giving away some of our favorite products between now and the end of January 2013 for the holiday season (we are a little behind on holiday giving so we will keep it going until the end of January).

We are thrilled to be teaming up with Lava Lake Ranch for one of our holiday give aways.  We LOVE the grass-fed lamb as well as the grass-fed beef from Lava Lake Ranch.  I have to say, they produce the finest tasting lamb we have had anywhere.  We are going to give away a $50 gift card that you can use on any of their products to make any of these recipes or your favorites.

    Signed up for the newsletter and liked you guys on fb. :) My favorite way to prepare lamb is always on the grill: my family has this fabulous lamb marinade with garlic, soy sauce, cilantro and sesame oil, among other things that we usually put lamb chops in.

  9. I love lamb. I have to cook dinner for my husband’s family at Christmas we were just talking about what to make. Personally, I love to make lamb kabobs, as I’ve eaten in Turkey or Morocco, but roasted lamb loin would be fantastic for Christmas!

    I signed up for newsletter, liked you on FB, and my favorite way to prepare lamb is grilled and seasoned simply, and I like Greek side dishes.

  13. Definitely a roast, makes the house smells good and perfect for gatherings.

  14. My family is Jordanian, and we eat lamb most often in a dish called Mansaf. It’s lamb cooked in a dried yogurt sauce, served over rice and usually topped with pine nuts. It sounds a little unusual, but it’s really delicious and comforting and perfect for the holidays!
