I’m having an espresso bar at my wedding and want to rent an espresso machine just for a day or two. The only place I could find wanted to send a barista with it, which of course would cost more.
Espresso is made from coffee beans, ground very finely. they are often called espresso beans because of the way they are roasted, which gives them their richer and bitter flavor.
This subject has been widely debated & opinions seem to change on a monthly basis. Basically a lot comes down to our genetics.
An espresso cup has about as much caffeine as a cup of strong coffee. But servings for espresso are much smaller. Which means that the content of caffeine per milliliter are much higher than with a regular brew.
You’re right! This photo needs no words! In fact, it almost leaves me speechless (which as you know, is saying something, since not even losing my voice does that!
) Is it from a home espresso machine? I need an upgrade!
